Applied Photophysics Ltd. provides a twelve month warranty on all its kinetic spectrometers and a twenty-four month warranty on Chirascan. Both cover parts and labour. At the end of this period, we offer a range of support options from which you can choose to suit your needs.
Our support program has been developed to ensure that you get the most from your instrument. The program covers all areas of customer support including the supply of spare parts and consumable items, through to preventative maintenance and training.
